No gimmicks. This tried and tested programme works!

How does Online Coaching work?:

  • I provide the programme specific to your goals.
  • You work out on your own, in your own time, when it suits you, following the programme (video examples and alternative options given)
  • Once per week we can have a  15 minute Zoom meeting to cover any questions and ensure you are staying on track (optional)
  • No expensive gym equipment required.
  • In 12 weeks you will be leaner, fitter, healthier and more importantly, will have lost fat. (I can't guarantee how much as everyone starts at a different place)

No gym required

The workouts can be done at home.

You can use the gym if you want to, but it's not necessary. 

Exercises use your own bodyweight and basic equipment (resistance bands or weights  - such as a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells)

Online Coaching

As long as you have internet access to receive the programme, then it doesn't matter where you are in the world. You get your own coach, me, to keep you on track and hold you accountable.

Only YOU can make the change, but you won't be alone, I provide the programme and support to help you get to where you are going on your journey.

Nutrition Tips

As a Nutrition Coach, I don't ever put people on a diet, that's just a temporary fix and doesn't help in the long term 

 It's always better to learn healthier habits that will last a lifetime  there is no need to ever have to diet.

In this programme I will offer nutrition tips along the way.

But I won't be telling you what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it. (If you need that speak to me about Nutrition Coaching instead)
